In this project, I worked on the rebranding of Kokeshi, a small concept store in Jesi combining fashion, craftsmanship, and Japanese cultural inspirations. The goal was to refresh the brand identity, preserving its original spirit while making it more contemporary and appealing to a wider — and more digital — audience. After an in-depth analysis of the existing brand (naming, target, mission, tone of voice, values), I developed a new visual and strategic brand identity: redesigned the logo, selected a new color palette and typography, and defined a more cohesive and recognizable visual style. I also reorganized the website structure and designed wireframes to enhance usability and navigation.
